USPA NEWS - On Wednesday (October 21, 2015) afternoon, Vice President Joe Biden officially announced that he will not run for the Office of the President of the United States, ahead of next year's Presidential Election in 2016.
Announcement
In an official White House press conference on Wednesday afternoon, Vice President Biden announced that he has decided to not run for President. This announcement comes days after the first Democratic Presidential Debate (October 13, 2015) in Las Vegas, Nevada, of which Biden did not attend, even though organizers "...saved an extra podium for him...." Biden has been teasing the American Public for quite a while now concerning whether or not he would enter the race.
Reasons
When asked by White House corespondents, Vice President Biden stated that he "just ran out of time." He also commented that he wished that he could have been the President that cured Cancer, referring to the death of his son, Beau Biden. Beau passed away back on May 30, 2015, after a long battle with Cancer. Beau's death came almost 43 years after the deaths of Vice President Biden's first wife Neilia and one-year old daughter, Naomi.

With his announcement, Vice President Joe Biden's long political legacy has unofficially came to an end. He has been in politics since 1973, when he became a Senator from Delaware (he served until 2009).
